We’re making important upgrades to Excrentals.com to deliver a smoother booking and rewards experience. As part of this transition, we’re temporarily adjusting how Executive Class Rewards works with reservations.
Here’s what you need to know right now:
- You will still earn rewards by emailing ExecutiveClassRentals@gmail.com with your Executive Class Rewards number and booking details for reservations made on Excrentals.com. We’ll make sure your points are credited.
- You can still log in and view your points and activity, but you will not be able to redeem points during this brief suspension. Rest assured, your loyalty points will remain in your account for future use.
This is a temporary step while we complete our upgrades.
